Journal of Integrative Leadership Studies (JILS)
The Journal of Integrative Leadership Studies (JILS) invites submissions for its inaugural issue, Human-Centered Leadership: Integrating Values, Theory, and Practice. This issue explores how leadership emerges through human connection: linking values such as empathy, trust, and ethical care with scholarly insight and practical action.
We welcome original research, conceptual papers, and reflective essays that:
- Bridge theory and lived experience in leadership and learning
- Examine leadership’s psychological, emotional, and ethical dimensions
- Investigate how trust, motivation, and well-being influence organizational outcomes
- Explore integrative and interdisciplinary approaches to leadership development
Article Processing Charge (APC): $295 (due upon acceptance)
Submission Deadline: Submissions will be accepted on a rolling basis through August 10, 2026. Early submissions are strongly encouraged and will be considered for publication as they complete the peer-review process. Papers received after the deadline may be considered for a subsequent issue.
